How to request deletion of your CherryTalk account and what happens after deletion.

Requesting Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your CherryTalk account in the CherryTalk app or by contacting us at support@nexalify.ai. To protect account security, we may ask you to verify your account identity before processing the request.

What We Delete

After your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including your email address, nickname, avatar, preferences, chat records, feedback content, and other account-linked data stored locally or on our servers.

Once deletion is completed, your account, chat history, diamond balance, membership status, and unlocked content cannot be restored.

Limited Retention

We may retain certain transaction, subscription, payment, security, audit, dispute, or legal compliance records for as long as reasonably necessary. Retained data will only be used for those limited purposes and will not be used for regular product features or personalization.

Processing Time

We usually process valid deletion requests within 15 business days after receiving the request and completing account verification. If we need more time for legal, technical, or security reasons, we will notify you using the contact information you provide.
